Trap Shooting
Committee Chairperson - Jim Stepler and Gregg Wagner
The St. Thomas Trap team ended the 2015 Franklin County Trap League in last place. We averaged 16 shooters per shoot while other clubs were drawing 20 to 30 shooters per shoot. The bottom line is we need more participants for St. Thomas Trap team.

The top 5 shooters this season were as follows: Brian Seville-91.50 average, Gregg Wagner-89.63 average, Tom Burkey-88.63 average, Jim Stepler and Chuck Cessna with 87.00 av-erages.

The St. Thomas Trap team supports the Franklin County 4H Trap shooting and we have been asked to assist Pheasant Forever in their first annual youth shoot this March.

We will be open for practice in mid-March or early April every Tuesday evening starting about 5 p.m.(weather permitting) Shells will be available for purchase if needed. We can assist anyone, male or female wishing to learn the fundamentals of trap shooting and we give lots of free advice. Remember shooting Trap, unlike Golf, we need to make noise and break things.
